In short: Tough climbing course for 8m then brief falt/downhill last 2m into gale along seafront. Not for the fainthearted, finish this and you will finish any half

In short: The race has become too big for the seaside town that can no longer cope with the volume of traffic. Big hill near the start but I have run three PB's in three years. Unfortunately I will not return next year due to lack of parking.

In short: No changing, no parking portaloos are half a mile from the start, and the 4 mile hill is horrendous, no way am I going back there

In short: A demanding course and you have to hope the wind is in the right direction when you reach the sea front for the last 3 miles
