In short: A very well organised race. Really enjoyed doing it for the 9th year in a row.

In short: More ladies loos please!!!!
In full: A lovely well organised race set in a charming Lincolnshire Spa town. My only gripes would be that it took some time tpo park (which rentrants could perhaps be warned about) and there was a seriosly insufficient number of ladies loos! (resulting in the discreet use of bushes by a number of ladies - wholly unwanted at the start of a race!).

More loos next year PLEASE !!!....

In short: very enjoyable race
In full: very fast, flat course. Experience will tell me next time however to get a little closer to the front at the start! spent the first kilometre running on an uneven grassy bank just trying to get round people. Kilometre markings wholly innacurate also, not so good when checking split times. Overall was an excellent event though.

In short: Lucky I didn't bring my elephant
In full: This was a very nice race but it was a bit like sardines at the start. It's fine for shuffling zombies like me but anyone with aspirations for a quick time would struggle to get past during the first mile.
After the first mile it opens out and it's a very pleasant run. The marshall and organisers were first rate.
The race is chipped, so next year I think I'll have a nice cup of tea for 10 minutes at the start so by the time I catch the backmarkers the field will be spread out.

In short: Need to pen runners at start; some expected times signs would be helpful.
In full: If you are aiming for a PB and can run 10K in 45 mins or thereabouts, then don't stand at the back of the field at the start! Better organisation - and penning - would make this a far more enjoyable run: I spent the first 1.5 kms dodging people and running 'off road' to get round lines of 8 to 10 people abreast! Overall, a very pleasant run, but my gripe re: the start is valid I feel...

In short: Marshalls need to improve direction and lack of direction signs meant that everyone had to ask each other where to go.

In short: Great race for old and new runners.
In full: This was the second time I have been in this run and enjoyed every moment of it. The course is very fast, and great for personal bests.

Two negatives I do have against the race this year was.

1: Having to dodge and weave moving traffic along the main road stretch of route. It did make fun by having the obstacles but still.

2: The ending. Does it really need to funnel in so quickly after the finish line?

In short: Good event
In full: A good event again. Only criticism would be the placing of the km markers. Unless my running was particularly erratic I'm sure some were not in the right place.
