In short: Lovely undulating course with PB potential - honestly , it has.
In full: I heard lots of people suprising themselves at posting a PB on this course. It feels a little tough in places, but the downhill parts can easily make up for time lost going up hill. I didn't post a PB on this occasion, but had a great shoulder to shoulder race with a Tunbridge Wells Harrier from the top of the last hill at the hop farm to the finish line. Great fun - once we'd stopped. The marshalls were all very friendly as well. Well done to everyone.

In full: I loved this one, the hills are not as bad as i thought, and what you lose on the ups you can more than make up for on the downs, the last 2.5k was nice aswell.Cant wait for next year, the parking is good, so no panicking if your late and a nice area at the finish to congregate.

In short: Beautiful, challenging race
In full: Everything from the striking scenary to the amiable marshalls and crowd was great about this race. The undulating course was challenging for the seasoned runner but gave respite for beginners towards the last few Kilometres. Welldone to the organisers, a few more toilets and you pretty much have a perfect 10k.

In short: Really enjoyable run with some challenging hills but certainly doable!!
In full: I really enjoyed this run and didn't think the hills were as bad as they were made out to be! This was my first ten k after having a baby and I managed it so it is beginner/intermediate friendly! I would definitely do this again and liked my medal at the end too which is a bonus!
