In short: Very well organised race with plenty of elbow room In full: Really well organised, from the car parking to the bag storage & goody bags. I like the idea of running round a track that you see on F1 with all the famous names for the different parts of the circuit. Date of review: March 9, 2008

In short: Another excellent race organised by Adidas - well done In full: Thanks to the marshalls and volunteers who annually freeze in the unforgiving Silverstone arena. Weather was the best I have experienced in the last 3 years of running at Silverstone - a bonus!! Date of review: March 9, 2008

In short: Great - my first ever race and thought it was brill !!! In full: The scenery is non-existant, unless of course you love motor racing and love the red and white chevrons round the side of the track. Can be a little tight with bodies on the corners when starting off - I found it evened out a little about half way through.
Although I have done this distance more than once in the past, I found it great for getting a pb - no hills, although it was a little windy as it is quite open.
All in all it was a very well organised events, lots of toilets, ambulances on stand-by and first aiders as well as plenty of drink stations. Date of review: March 9, 2008

In short: Excellent - very slickly organised In full: Great PB course due to being so flat (and in fact got a PB today!) and a good atmosphere. Winding in and around the race track for that distance got a little disorientating at times but enjoyed being allowed to plod in such a venerated location!
Some good crowd support and welcome music in certain sections, which helped recharge the batteries!
Lucky with the weather too - was ideal! I didn't do this last year (and glad I didn't!) but heard how bad the conditions were then, so was relieved to see the sun and lack of rain from the threatening clouds in the end!
I agree about the t-shirts ... now I don't need to buy that tent I was considering!! Top quality medal though!

In short: Superb pre london warm up! Flora buttery organisation In full: Great fast, flat course that always delivers. Weather gods actually decided to look favourably on the race this year making it a far more pleasurable experience.
Still the only gripe from me is STOP HANDING OUT INFERIOR, CHEAP XL T-SHIRTS TO ALL COMPETITORS!!!! There are plenty of competing races that manage to offer alternative sizes to competitors and if I had a small t=shirt I'd happily advertise this fabulous race. Date of review: March 9, 2008
