In short: female toilets were quite a way from the start and there were only 2! this was the only negative, very well organised.

In short: Very Hot, Very Hard, Very Hilly...... Loved it!
In full: What a great 1/2 marathon. A never ending single file 2 mile hill on a chalk path to start with followed by more hills and more hills! Hard terrain all the way round especially difficult on the down hills. Views were fantastic... so if you like a challenge and enjoy great views have a go at this one. Only Neg is that after a 2hour drive to get there, having to walk all the way across the park for the ladies loo's to find there only two and queueing for ages was a pain.

In short: fantastic course and day!
In full: the only slight gripe I have is that the marking of the course was a little sporadic. I came in 21st and some of the guys ahead said that they got lost twice due to inadequate signage. I almost went off course a couple of times when i could not see marshalls in front.
howver, perfect scenery, nails hills and the descents....well my quads are tender this morning. great to have juice, biscuits and cake on the way round. will be back next year to do this. well done 3FM!!

In short: The hardest race I have ever done, but well worth the extra effort.
In full: Thank you to all involved for a fantastic event. This is the hardest race I have ever done, but the brilliant support from all involved and the superb organisation made it seem easier than it was. The course was stunning, the hills were tough and the "extra mile" made it all the more rewarding. I will definately be back next year to take part in this again.

In short: Good course, very friendly runners and team - but hardly any flat stretch
In full: Only did the 1/2 and glad about it. Very friendly atmosphere, good marshalling although few water stations (lucky wind cooled us down). I am currently prepping for Berlin in September and this is a fantastic training run, tough but allows a constant pace. First time ever needed St Johns Ambulance as well - they were fantastic!!!
