In short: Lovely scenic course, friendly marshalls and fab weather - and a PB byt 2 mins as well - lovely!
In full: I really enjoyed this one - the route was lovely, wonderfully marshalled by some friendly and encouraging people, not crowded after the first half mile or so, and the slight updulations were more than made up for by some lovely gentle downhills. And I got a PB.

In short: Fabulous weather for a trip through the Kent countryside, tarmic all way for fast times!!
In full: Good use of Park and Ride (£2 per vehicle) got you to the race HQ which was large enough to have some Sweatshop and massage stands. Bananas and water + medal at the end. Good support. Some mildly challenging hills. Could have segregated the start by approx finish time as found was overtaking many slower runners for first 3-4 miles!

In short: Dear me...
In full: Now then. Where do I start?
To the marshall who messed about with the filtering rails at the end - as I was finishing - and gave ne no guidance where to go. And helped me to lose my place. Thanks.
To the other marshall who jabbed her finger at me and asked if I was cheating when I tried to get my place back in the queue. Thanks.
To the bloke who finished behind me and said I was cheating (despite the fact he should have recognised my back). Thanks.
To the slightly tubby bloke in the red top who said that I had run 10 miles and then decided to cheat. Thanks.
Thanks for a lovely day. I shan't be back.
