In short: A fast course. Losts of little side roads onto the course but marshals did an excellent job.

In short: Flat anf fast
In full: Took a while to fight through the crowd at the start but a nice flat and fast course once you get going. Marshalling is as good as it gets; thank you to those that took the trouble.

In short: Definate PB potential
In full: i arrived early enough to be able to drive around the course;i liked what i saw!!!! this made up for the fact that it was a 3 lap course, and coupled with the excellent marshaling it made for a good race.most of the race was run on pathways, with the excellent marshalls stopping the understanding residents, from knocking us over!!!
although carrying a slight hamstring injury,i still managed to set a PB,and i will be back....

In short: Good 10 miler for the club runner with PB potential. Very efficient and well organised. New or slower runners might get on better elsewhere.

In short: Cheap and cheerful. One I'll remember fondly.
In full: I really enjoyed this. It was cheap and had read it was a 3 looper so went with no expectations. Had a great time despite the rain and although finished in the last 20 I still didn't feel like I was holding up the clearing up. Lovely marshalls. Ran it with a smile.

In short: Fun and fast race
In full: I liked this race. Yes, the scenery may be dull but that shouldn't put people off.
The weather was horrible, but the friendly marshals and other runners made up for it.
Good parking, well organised and nice medal at the end.
I was only of the slow people at the back (95 mintues for me) and didn't mind getting lapped. The marshals stopped the traffic when we crossed the roads and cheered us on.
I would do it again for sure. Very friendly atmospher.
