In short: Challenging and rewarding race. Excellent organisation. And it rained, again In full: Special thanks to all the marshalls who braved the wet to make this year's renewal another resounding success. Hot tea and chocolate at the finish is always welcomed Date of review: October 31, 2010

In short: Bit hillier than expected and wasn't expecting off road bit In full: Good, well organised race. Reminded me a bit of Burnham Beeches. Only grumble was the amount of people at the start wildly over estimating their abilities by starting too far forward and then getting in the way Date of review: October 31, 2010

In short: Hillier than expected but excellent organisation In full: Weather OK for the race itself but very wet beforehand. Faultless organisation and a lovely course despite the hills. Thanks to the marshals who pushed me out of the car park! My car now looks like its taken part in a rally.

In short: great course and scenery and good medal In full: this was my first time at this race and it was a shame as the rain ruined the grass for spectators and us really it was a bog mud everywhere, and the cars were in a field so yes my car was stuck but a huge thanks to the marshalls pushing all the cars out. the course was great roads , private roads and grass, and the hills were fun up and down really and back to flat , nice medal, didnt have much in the goodybag just a sweatband and a leaflet, nevermind baggage point was good and quick, if the weather dryer an overall great day out , i got 1h49min, it could of been better but as the roads were narrow it was still congested up to 3 miles so advice for a pb get to the front, thanks to the marshalls aswell Date of review: October 31, 2010

In short: why does it always rain ??? In full: another rainy day for this half although not as bad as last year. as with previous years the race was very well organised and the course is lovely except for the few hills ! a big thanks to all the very wet marshalls and the locals of barnes green that came out to cheer us all. the only downside is the parking in the fields, next year i will invest in a 4x4 or a tractor so i can get out of the car park.
