In short: One of the best!
In full: An absolutely brilliant race with seamless organisation. This is definately on of my favourites, if not top of the list.

Always good craic on the way around. Small, but enthusiastic crowds. :-)

In short: The perfect first marathon!
In full: Loved it! What a beautiful place and an excellent race all round. Made me proud to be Scottish. Weather was cracking and even got a bit sunburn after beating my target time of 3h50 by 5 minutes. Thanks Lochaber.

In short: Fantastic weather, fab location, PB and super-organized.
In full: Didn't the organizers do well ? Weather was great, plenty of water & sports drink. Friendly atmosphere although I think the standard of runners likely above average. Nice T shirt. Real PB potential. Do it.

In short: One I'll never forget!
In full: Despite the 'out and back' route I never got bored - How could I with scenery like that to look at??!!

By the time I finished I felt as tho I knew every single runner, marshall and supporter by face if not by name!

This has to be one of the friendliest races by far!

Spot-on organisation. My only downside was the lack of marshalls in the last 2 miles - I was really suffering from cramp and as the field was so small felt very isolated in parts when I may have needed some help.

Hopefully will be back next year!
