In short: Not the best one to wear new trainers on! but good race nonetheless
In full: This was my first multi terrain race and it was certainly challenging compared to road running. The soft sand at about 8km almost finished me off. But would definitely try it again.

In short: A mix of terain, really enjoyable, great atmosphere.
In full: Great day out to be able to bring family along to plat about on the beach where the race starts and finishes. Very well organized with plenty of parking, proper loos, tea shop and friendly atmosphere.
A mix of terrain, mud, beach, track, soft and wet sand included, plenty of steep uphill parts and water station about half way with Jellybabies!!
Would definatly do this one again:0)

In short: Great fun and good terrain differences
In full: First race and was very happy with the event. Everyone was very friendly. for those who are used to multi-terrain then this is a course that you could get a good time on. From punishing sand dunes to boggy-bits and the long home stretch along the beach was great. Great view when up high. Longer than advertised - actually 12.8Km. Recommended.
