In short: My fifth running of this, as always, superbly organised and marshalled race , Good conditions and 2 minutes off last year's time. Defiinitely back for more next year. Date of review: February 6, 2011
In short: Great race, great views and fantastic organisation. Don't miss it next year! In full: Great race, though the hill up to Rainmore Common hurt...a lot. Organisers did a superb job, unbelievable to get the race results out before most people will have managed to have gotten home. Will definitely be back next year. Date of review: February 6, 2011
In short: From start to finish. One of the best runs. In full: No snow, no mud this year and although the Events to Live team hadn't been able to flatten the hills I managed to take 2 minutes off last years time. A really well organised race, hilly and hard but suitable for beginners wanting a challenging 10k, for every uphill there is a nice exhilarating run back down. Good views along the way despite the grey skies, almost all off road, apart from a few very short sections at the start and finish. Marshals supportive, vocal and did great job with directions. Very nice technical t-shirt and results out before getting home.
In short: Another great Bookham 10k In full: A dry course this year made it a very pleasant run in very blustery conditions. Very smooth organisation - Congratulations to Andy Fay and his band of merry volunteers, many from Dorking and Mole Valley AC. Good one Andy - stick with it! Date of review: February 6, 2011
In short: Great course, magnificant scenary, the odd up/down. V.efficiently ran race. In full: What a day, breezy, but warm, course wasn't muddy which is a bonus! Hills hadn't shrunk. Some great views - this is the whole reason I run. Date of review: February 6, 2011
