In short: Great fun - the bananas at the end are always worth it.
In full: I've always enjoyed these races. They're run every month, so they're a great place to hone your 10k time.

In short: Nice speedy run
In full: Nice location for a Central London 10k though its a shame you you have to do 3 laps. Great to monitor your levels of fitness over time though

In short: A very good London run
In full: This is a regular for me every year - it is well organised, friendly and it has potential to do a good time. It has a good mix of male and female runners and attracts all abilities.

In short: A lovely course, encouraging marshalls and friendly competitors.
In full: We really enjoyed the race. It was my husband's first 10k and it was a great event to start out at. Everyone was very friendly and encouraging and he did not mind finishing 2nd to last!! See you in November!!

In short: My first 10k in 3 years and a PB great.
In full: Distance markers every 1km really helped me keep my pace, not too many people so not falling over other runners all the time, marshalls excellent giving motivation to all runners and keeping every-one on track.

In short: Disappointing atmosphere - club runners rude to beginners.
In full: Quite a few of the club runners were rude to us beginners! "Get out of the way!" was shouted frequently, even though I could only have moved over to be in the middle of a massive muddy puddle in order to get out of their way. If they're so concerned with PB's, they shouldn't have said that us 50 or so charity runners could take part on the same day as the club runners.

The race itself was ok, although some parts of the course were too narrow to allow people to run good times.

Disappointing atmosphere, all in all.

In short: The tracks in regents park are a little narrow so it is difficult to pass without ending up covered in mud
