In short: Enjoyable race!
In full: First time I've done this race and definitely will do it again next year. It was hot but well organised with plenty of water stations along the route. Marshalls were cheery and friendly too!

In short: Still hot and hilly but organisation (esp at the end) much better
In full: Swore I'd never do this one again last year after queueing for 20 minutes for water at the end, no lolly and a host of other stuff but this year the whole start finish area was MUCH better. Well done St Albans. Probably will do it again. Oh - one small moan.. still needs more loos!!Other than that great race.

In full: Lovely country lanes, quite hilly, slow ups and downs but nothing too dreadful. Well organised with water stops every mile. Could have more toilets and a goodie bag at the end. Hot day and we were given icecreams at the end - nice touch.

In short: Marshalls and water stns were excellent. Parkin gless good
In full: On such a hot day, the marshalls and water stns were excellent. The ice cream at the end was ace! However, the parking needs signing in the future. The website would also benefit from a map that showed mileages, rather than marshall points. The large T-short was good - apart from the "I ran the 5k" on the back! I guess there is also a problem with the chip - my own recorded time (Garmin) was just under 1.55 - the website showed the gun time as being 1.43 and the chip time as 1.42; if only! Otherwise, a pleasant day out! And thanks to Neil for a great sports massage!

In short: signs showing you where to park would have been very helpful!
In full: The only complaint(except the boiling sun) is that you were not shown where to park until you had entered the wrong park entrance and then had to u-turn and battle the traffic again.

In short: Hot and hilly again but excellent course and organisation made for a great run
In full: This is an excellent event for the whole family. There is so much for the kids to do from races to climbing walls and activity areas.
The course is very well thought out, quite challenging in the heat but the vast number of water stations helped.
