In short: wonderful pre-chistmas fun
In full: a big thank you to the organisers, i had a fantastic morning. the festive atmosphere, challenging (if a tad under distance) course, mince pies, mulled wine and xmas pud all made for a memorable race. a great way to earn your christmas dinner, i'll be back next year.

In short: Good race just before Xmas.
In full: Nice to see a race in the area just before Xmas. Enjoyable, but a tricky hill especially as slippery underfoot. Shame that the mulled wine ran out before I finished!

In short: Friendly, enjoyable race
In full: A really enjoyable event to take your mind off all the hype. I'm sure the minor problems will be sorted out for next time. The marshalls were really cheerful despite the cold, and the setting was beautiful. My 2 sons also enjoyed their first race, and we will all be there next year (maybe even my husband will enter!)

In short: Bit up and down literally
In full: Ok course - 2 laps up one hill down the other side endof lap.
Bit poor admin distance short, confusing mile markers run out of prizes. Excellent marshalls and atmosphere ok.

In short: Well Done
In full: Thank you to all the organisers and marshalls. A very enjoyable run - a bit slippy on THAT hill but the time made up for it. Was it really 5 miles-if so I've done a PB? The mile markers really weren't that confusing. An a great freebie - thanks again

In short: Excellent first time event.
In full: Well done Martin and Cathy for organising yet annother excellent race. You know that there were a few shortcomings but I know that I don't need to list them as you will already have made notes to rectify the (minor) problems for next year! It was great fun wearing my Ms Santa outfit and I hope next year more will join me in dressing-up. The marshalls were brilliant and very encouraging, the medal was great and I got a mile pb and a 5 mile pb! Can't ask for more than that ;-)))) Hope you raised loads of dosh for the Martha Trust.
