In short: Undulating but not too hilly.
In full: Weather was fairly good for running, much better than high heat. Got a PB - the hills were definately not as bad as I was expecting. Nice goody bag too!

In short: Hilly but not too bad. Recommend incorporating some hill work in training (unlike me)
In full: First time on this course and quite enjoyed it. It is hill but certainly not horrific (overheard a guy in the baggage tent say the old course hillier). VERY lucky with the weather tho (decent support considering the rain) and got PB, which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case with the sun beating down.

In short: Hills Hills and more hills
In full: The signs to get there were non existant ar tiny. the course was all up hill with the down hill bits very short and steep. All up hill stretches were long slogs. I don't mind a mix of hills but this one was tough.good atmosphere at the end. I asked for help at 9 miles but he didn't know where to get medical help.
