In short: Set your 5k PB here then hit the ups... In full: A challenging race to start with following the festive period but well organised and decent scenery. Did a definite PB for the first 3 miles and then paid for it with a PW for the last 3 and a bit. Full review will follow soon on the following running/drinking site:

In short: Undulating?....I'd say hilly! In full: 4k downhill at breakneck speeds then 6k slogging back uphill!! A great course, caught quite a few first timers to this race, out (including myself).Definately not a P.B course but the organisers had all the best intentions , well done everyone!! In short: First 4k all downhill, which makes you think a PB is on the cards - then the next 6k is uphill. A great race to lose a few pounds after Xmas excess Date of review: December 28, 2006
