In short: Pleasant run through park and along the front (mostly)
In full: Again well organised by Penny Lane with cheery {too cheery ;0)} marshals.

Weather was good to us today, not too hot, not too cold.

A pleasant run (if there can be when it hurts).

In short: Great event, nice finish in the Cricket ground.
In full: Start and finish on the grass on the cricket ground, 1st 2km seem downhill, there's a few tight twists through some barriers when going through the park and you also pass the drinks station twice. The turnaround point is 180 degrees around some cones and it's nice to see all the other runners coming the opposite way (more so if you're a quick). The prom bit is completely flat and as it was hot with no wind you can really fly on this section. At 8km it's uphill slightly and you suffer a bit here, however as you approach the cricket ground, you've got about 600 meters on the grass to make up some time, this is PB course for sure, will try again for another PB in my hometown next year.

In short: A fantastically well organised race. The hill after 8k was a little tricky but at least I didn't get overtake. Overall happy with my pb of 40.07, that bloody hill messed my sub 40 up!
