In short: Good value for money but a bit dull
In full: Much of this race takes place in parks and housing estates so where were the locals?

Good car parking, plenty of space at the start/finish, well marshalled, easy to find, good value and a PB. Just a bit lacking in atmosphere.

In short: Why not ? Best local event
In full: Great for the first six miles then you are running around estates (if only the first half could be repeated)
Weather, incredible so warm when the sun was out, windy in parts.
Well organised event, marshalls fantastic.
Well done MK, certainly event worth catching up on, in training for a full London Marathon

In short: very nice race overall
In full: I really enjoyed this today. Excellent water stations: well placed and managed throughout. Good marshalling, although there were a couple of points where traffic and runners seemed awful close. A goody bag would have been nice as previously mentioned, but I'll take good organisation and support over that any day.

Well done to everyone!

In short: hmmm, a bit twisty in places and those little inclines add up! The worst bit is the pavement by one or two of the grimmest dual carriageways in MK not very sheltered from the wind today.
In full: Actually thought I was doing ok until I saw the time on the clock at the finish.. ergh! Having said that the finish organisation seemd a lot better than 2006 when I queued getting cold to go through the timer. Also miles 11 and 12 are strangely longer than all the others! Too many i-plodders ;o)

In short: Has is problems
In full: Lots of good points but.... the baggage area was a long way from the finish, the university is hard for anybody time-pressed to navigate and, worst of all, it took HALF AN HOUR to travel 400 yards out of the place due to the car parking system. Others must have taken even longer.

In short: A great pre-London run to check how the training is going.
In full: Really enjoyed the run, and hopefully I will have a PB. Busy at the start, but it soon thinned out. I was using the run as part of my FLM training schedule. Some pleasant scenary as well, especially around the lake.
