In short: My favourite race....bring on 2007
In full: I love this race, firstly its a good testing course with real pb potential although the hill is quite tough, the people who organise the race are very friendly and always make us feel welcome and compared to other races its fantastic value. No one would be disapointed with this race.

In short: Another well organised local event, nice to have a lie-in for a change !
In full: Third time at the Gin Pit, a very friendly well run event, no pun intended. Nice course away from the smog, slightly challenging hill but still great for beginners. Very encouraging stewards, crowd, and commentory, although running almost in to him didn't get my number read out. Probably a good thing given my time, are you sure it wasn't a 10K ?
Will be back for the next one, and the Gill Pimblott memorial, well done Astley and Tyldsley RR.
