In short: Slightly more undulating then you expect!
In full: The wind and the hills made this a tough year but I still managed a PB! Don't let the fact it is a motor circuit lull you into thinking it is flat - there are several hills to tackle!

In short: well organised big event
In full: Well organised big event. clocks every miles was good for keeping an eye on pace. It is not pancake flat with several gentle gradients. plently of drink stations and unlike other races they had small bottles -much less waste. I left straight after the race and there was no queues getting out. Overall a good event

In short: my first race. Silverstone race track looses it appeal well before 13.1 miles.

In short: Fantastic!!!
In full: This was my first half marathon and the whole experience was fantastic. THe organisation and facilities ran like clockwork. As a motor racing fan i can not think of a better place to do your first half marathon. Have already entered next year!!!

In short: Good organisation. Lots of water / Lucozade Sport drinks!
In full: The baggage was excellent - I only arrived back at the pits and a man was already there with my bag!! Plenty to drink, but just wish they had told you they were spread out as I nearly got knocked over a couple of times to try and get the the drinks from the first few tables by other runners! My only disappointment was the delay at the start - why do they do this!!??? It really annoys me!! Not bothered about the poor scenery as this was expected - what else do you expect around Silverstone track!? - trees and countryside?? Very windy on the day and not as flat as I expected - but did do a PB of 1:49!

In short: PB-tastic course.
In full: 1st time doing this event, on the plus side, fast course (71mins), flatest coure ever for me, cheap £15, arrived early & left early no prolems, iso drinks, XL t-shirt(not technical). Pen system worked well, plenty of space.
Dullest course ever, the probs with parking delays, in and out all highligheted on these web pages last year, so aware of them, may be back.

In short: Novelty value given it's a chance to line up on the Silverstone Grand Prix gridd. Wellorganised as far as the race went. Great water and lucozade throughout the race. However, let down at the end as it took nearly as long to get out of the car park a
