In short: Glad the weather held out. Long hill on the way back made PBs more challenging.

In short: Not a bad race but quite a few who finished in top ten did not run the whole course
In full: I am afraid the people they had doing the marshalling were clearly not experienced. This led to quite a large group of maybe four or five runners missing a large chunk of the final km out. So the runners who finished 4th and 6th and some behind me did not actually run the whole course. It must be very annoying for them if they were going to run a good time or indeed thought they have run a good time. When you are running over parkland the marshalls have to be very good and the people who marshalled yesterday were encouraging but were not clear in their instruction hence the unfortunate probelms at the finish.

In short: Well organised race which I enjoyed but not really right to describe the race as flat

In short: Mostly on pavements with some muddy parts over the last 1km.
In full: Pavements had lots of bumps which added a lot of time. First 4.5km was pretty fast (downhill and flat) but 1 big hill about a km long around the 5k mark which was unexpected as it was meant to be a flat course. also the marshalls could have been a bit more friendly and actually told you which direction to run in.
apart from this, it was well organised and everything seemed to run pretty smoothly. nice goody bag stuff and free massage.
recommened. i actually ran a 2 min PB anyway :D

In short: More hilly than the relatively flat traing I do, with dwonhill streches in first 4 km, and payback in4 to 6kms. 2009 also had more than 1km on grass paths after seriously heavy rain the day befor: lots of mud and puddles wich were fun but hit time
