In short: Worth getting up for
In full: Havent done this before due to the early start time, worth getting up for, lovely scenery.
Kept thinking en route that if it was ran backwards it would be downhill with a following wind.

In short: Good course with interesting ups and downs. Managed a PB and will return. What's that on the medal?
In full: I liked this course and thought it was pretty fair. Early start worked well for me as not too far from home and was back indoors before the redness had left my face! Thought the few uphills were Ok but personally I need to practice uphill running to improve my time further as I was close to walking pace on the deceptive hill between 6 & 7K. Nice final 2K down hill though meant I felt pretty good at the end. Not sure what that is on the medal though.

In short: Lovely scenic route - very friendly race.
In full: Super race, well worth getting up early for. Great organisation and as I was taking it easy before London the hills weren't too challenging so could enjoy the scenery.
