In short: Quick 10K around the trails south of the river
In full: This is a pretty fast 10K (28 seconds off my personal best today) with a very familiar route because I train around here pretty regularly. The race was well organised, well marshalled, hardly any bottle necks and a good mix of runners suitable for all standard of runners. It's for charity as well which is a bonus. I would definitely run it again.

In short: Good solid race, no sympathy for late entrants; book early to avoid disapointment. Thoroughly enjoyed it, apart from chaotic start, be back next year. from the Wirral.

In short: Nice course well marshalled
In full: Undulating course that was well marshalled. Nice mug. Only critism's/observations( i don't like to be critical to volunteers), could do with more distance signs (struggled to judge pace), could put the year on the mug. otherwise great course, nice event, will be back.

In short: pleasant scenery - supportive marshals - wasn't flat -undulating
In full: Good cause worthy of support. Friendly atmosphere all round. Well marshalled. Major problems registering on the day - book in advance. Nice idea giving everyone a mug. As a newbee I just wish the finish was well indicated with a high and visible 'Finish' sign you can see in the distance so you can start stepping up the pace seeing end in sight.
