In short: good morning out for a local race
In full: Having done this race once before I knew what to expect and overall it is a good race. Not realy pleased about the traffic and it would be nice if at least water was offered when finished. Also kill the shirts and hand out medals. It's not very motivational having to fight for your shirt before the race.

In short: Fantastic Race, Excellent Weather, Really well worth doing!!
In full: Really option to have everyone meet in the sports hall (would have been good if it had rained!) Course is fantastic - 2 hills at 4 and 6 miles do make it a little hard - but it is all downhill and flat appart from that! I had loads of fun and am REALLY pleased with my time. Only complaint - hand out the t shirts at the end guys...I really didn't want to fight my way over to the sports hall to get it - and nearly left without it.

In short: Great run on a glorious morning
In full: Just the weather for a nice run out. Marshals and organsiation were great - and the woman with the dog made my day. Feel sorry for the dog though - he had to go home with her!

In full: Yep....a good race, well organised and very enjoyable scenary. All the enjoyment and I still can't seem to master all of those hills. The legs still end up aching for days after.

In full: i have run this and thanet 10 back-to-back 3-4 times, and always run this one fastest in what is clearly a much slower (hillier) course. wonder why?
