In short: Race at the home of British Motor racing, just not in a car.
In full: Slick surface (as you would expect), the weather was kind to us as I hear it can be windy out on the track. Pb for me and lots of others too that night. 800+ that's quite a big field for a mid-week 10k. No medal or goody bag but it is part of the East Mids Grand prix and there aren't at any of these events. Reasonably priced event though.

In short: Well organised event, worth paying the entry money for the run around the track!
In full: I was also a little disappointed that there was no goody bag at the end of the race, it would have been nice to take home a medal or t-shirt as a momento of the day.

Failing that it would have been nice to be able to buy a t-shirt at the event, I certainly would have bought one as would many other people I spoke to after the race.

Other than that I had a great time on the day (well evening), very well organised, nice flat circuit and no wind on race day meant that I ran the fastest time I've run for a 10k in about 8 years! I'll be back next year.

In short: Good atmosphere and well organised.
In full: A bit disappointed that there was no goody bag at all, not even a little bottle of water.
