In short: A good challenge, well organised and enjoyable
In full: The hills were a good challenge, and the 1.30 pace runner did a good job.

Not sure what happened at the mens start where one of the runners at the front was crouched down when the race started. The runners directly in front and behind me went head first straight over him.

Overall the course is good with good support from the marshals. My only minor gripe is that between 11 and 12 miles it's a very narrow path with nowhere else to run. The people walking along here pushing prams weren't ideal.

In short: Hilly but enjoyable. Lots of support.
In full: A great race, with lots of support. The hills are sharp but at least fairly short! Despite the hills- smashed my PB! Who could ask for more!

In short: Hilly but fun!
In full: Enjoyable race. V friendly tent staff, marshalls and runners. If I had to gripe it would be - little narrow in places, but not too noticeable. The 1:45 pace runner was fantastic and he led me to a PB.

In short: Well organised and supported challenging race
In full: Very well organised - lots of loos, good baggage handling, 2 starts in time order and chip timed so all good! Challenging race, hilly, but not too bad all things considered. Will definitely do again!

In short: A very enjoyable scenic and challenging race. Well organised with very friendly supportive marshalls.
In full: Much better set up this year, much prefer the marquees in the park. Found in past always in a rush to get from colosseum to start on time.

In short: Excellently organised race
In full: First half has the hills, but not that bad. The second half is slighly down hill so much fast. The clock at half way was good. Lots of marshalls. Nice finish in the park with lost of supporters.

In short: Hills, country lanes and forest
In full: Nice atmosphere in the Colosseum before race, very friendly. Nice to start and finish in the same location and good crowds when arriving back for the finish. Could have been without the t-shirt, cheap and ugly. Don't give t's if you're not going to give one that people will wear. Not great to have no showers.
