In short: Fantastic suport...
In full: but, the hills did kill me. The support was amazing (especially the roundabout at the 6 mile mark). Not religious, but both church choirs that sung to us were truely divine!!! :-)

In short: good race despite hills, but lack of facilities lets this down. No toilets, not after running water?

In short: Great atmosphere on the "hilly half"
In full: Sunny day with a good atmosphere at the start. Despite looking for ages and asking around I couldn't find the toilets which was disappointing and the hairpin turn just after the start was in a very unfortunate place. The locals got into the spirit and made a huge effort and that really helped to make it a great race and a great day and I got a PB time!

In short: Challenging Route and fantastic crowds
In full: The only thing that lets this event down is the layout of the start/finish area. The baggage area (which wasn't secure) was too close to the start/finsh line causing a lot of congestion.
The crowds were great especially at the the roundabout near halfway and it is the first time I've been sung to by 2 church choirs during a race.

In short: This was a wonderful race. Not without challenges but with such a rewarding finishing line - 2miles right at the sea. Great sun too.
