In short: A double back on yourself U-turn after just 1500 m across open airfield doesn't bode well for the rest of the course
In full: Not a great course with the hard U-turn within the first 1500m but the spectators were very encouraging.I've been to many other similar races recently that have been better , cheaper and given momentos . Well marshalled but cost is unwarranted.

In short: Did what it said on the tin; not much more, not much less.
In full: I find it hard to write poor race reviews because volunteers and clubs keep the sport going and for that, no deserves to be panned. But I have to say, for me this doesn't make my highlight reel. The first 3K up and down the butt-end of a disused airfield, especially in a headwind and with a full-stop turn around a bollard at one end put paid to any thoughts of a fast outing almost before the race had begun and thereafter, while the scenery picked up somewhat, plenty of sharp turns and less than ideal surfacing again mitigated against a great performance even though the course was reasonably flat. From a friendliness and organisation point of view, full marks to the volunteers as usual and on that basis, this might make a great first race for someone. But from the perspective of time and competition I don't think I'd run it again.

In short: A very well organised event over a flat course
In full: A flat course with PB potential, although the sections on the airfield are very exposed, so the weather conditions would need to be right. Good organisation and efficient results. Good cake stall!

In short: Well organised, but disappointed with my finishing time. Not the only person there to suffer in the heat or was the course a little long? Disappointing race momento's.

In short: Flat and sunny
In full: Flat as a pancake route around the airfield at Worminghall. Felt like we were out in the sticks, but only a 10 min drive from Oxford. Not the most exciting route, but definitely good for a fast time (unless you are me and don't like the heat!). A nice race with a good mix of speed demons and mere mortals like myself.
