In short: A GOOD COURSE MORE UP HILL THAN DOWN I THOUGHT,BUT A BIT MUDDY OFF ROAD.GOOD OVERALL RACE, BETTER THAN A FLAT RACE MORE CHALLENGING.

In short: Muddy, only a few in fancy dress and seasonal headgear! Nice day for it and enjoyed my first time

In short: weather conditions turned this into a mild cross country course.
In full: for juniors especially would have liked them to have something a little more memorable that a chocolate bar -my two (under 13) were a little downhearted after completing what was for them, a major achievement.

In short: Two 5k Laps in Margam Park, Crowded Start
In full: Two 5k Laps in Margam Park, Crowded Start, small hill, difficult to overtake in first 4k if you start at the back. Firm but muddy in parts. Only "Pure Speed" if you are well positioned at the start.
