In short: Route was much better this year. Consider urinals to reduce qs

In short: good race for all
In full: I liked the idea of 'pen' finishing times however, it was a shame to see that some runners (and walkers!!) chose to go into the wrong areas as myself and others found it then difficult to overtake them in several areas so added more time onto finishing times. Receiving a t-shirt, medal, banana and water was good for the event and a great atmosphere (this is what charity runs are all about). The music was nice to have at the start. Interesting course. Race times ee very quick to be added to the website.

In short: Well marshalled as usual, good atmosphere. Suitable for all.
In full: Nice course to suit all racers and runners. Still a little tight at the start and some slower runners did creep to the front of the start line.

In short: Did this two years ago and how this has improved, better organisation and better course -excellent
In full: The start had a great atmosphere, there was somewhere easy to leave my kit and there were loads of toilets (required for my four visits before the race!!).

The warm up was done before we went to the starting pens, which was a much better idea. Congested to start with but stretched out within a mile or two.

I knew the course well which helped as I was used to the 'hill'. One muddy section near the end where we pretty much had to walk through. Not sure what would have happened here is we had had some rain!!!

Gorgeous day, great course, great organisation and great cause. Fab to have something like this where i live. Looking forward to doing it next year.

Improvements: Could we have more things for little ones to do. It is very difficult for partners and young children to keep entertained for the time between us arriving to race and us finishing. Thanks

In short: Timing Chip - boo!
In full: I've already left my ratings but I've had problems with the timing chip - I didn't want to wear it on my ankle and checked with registration who said I could wear it anywhere. Apparently you can't and as a result I haven't got a timed result which I'm very disappointed with :-( Wish I had known that, staff poorly informed.
