In full: The marshalls were very encouraging in this race.It is a really good early morning run and the crowd are very friendly.

In full: Fantastic race once again. Well organised; encouraging marshals; super-fast course in a nice park. And a PB by 2.5 minutes: a great start to a Saturday morning.

In short: Quite simply one of the best races I have ever done
In full: Start was a little later than advertised but only 6 minutes so who cares. Super fast, brilliantly organised and very very friendly. Highly recommended.
