In short: I'd never done a 10k before, but I enjoyed this one. A nice flat, easy first course.

In short: A PB course but where are the results?
In full: Second time I've done this course and this time it was very windy but that's Blighty's weather for you. The organisation was efficient and it was a good to see km markers which are important to so many runners. Where are the results? I can't see them on F3events.co.uk. The main improvement I suggest is that the first time I did this the main changing rooms were open which made for a much better event. I did the Brighton 10k the week before and recommend that before this one. In summary and average race.

In short: Good run.
In full: I was a minute slower than the Cancer Research run a month ago - I am blaming the chronic headwind where I lost almost a minute. Still 43.20 isn't to be grumbled at. Will be back hoping for better conditions, a proper training schedule (over xmas ha ha!) and aim to get below 42.
Is a perfect course for a begineer, the wind won't always be in your face on the outward part then disappear when you turn around!

In short: Good flat course, a bit windy but easy enough for novices like me.
In full: Why no memento though? Not even a keyring.
