In short: Great for a 5K work out - and PB!
In full: I've been doing these 5K races since they started back in 1985. Always a good race for runners of all standards. A good friendly atmosphere, and well organised. I grew up in Wallasey so like to get this 5K in when visiting 'home' - always ends up a bit of a 'reunion' with old friends!
