In short: I just love these Llanelli events
In full: I am a Llanelli runner and run for an established road running club and to have this class of event on my doorstep is just amazing. I am in training for the London Marathon and my alternatives in the schedule would be to take part in less organised races miles away from home.

The weather "thankfully" was on the side of the runners. I would like to know how the organisers keep making sure the sun shines over Llanelli!

An excellent run - can't wait for the Llanelli 10k and will be back for the 2008 Half Marathon.

Well done and tank you to the organisers and the brilliant Marshals.

In short: Enjoyable, friendly atmosphere, liked the in and out course - great that it was traffic free, food at end and results via text were great!
In full: Am I the only one who thought miles 7 - 10 were the best? Running into the wind was invigorating & challenging as was seeing the leaders heading back for their finish. Keep it the same for next year please, just 1 thing to put right - the error in the directions when coming off the M4.

In short: Exceptional - My second year and looking forward to 2008
In full: Almost everything was perfect and for an event which is only in it's second year shows the calibre of the organisers. There was some issue with the instructions but who cares, no other race I know provides directions and everyone I know got to the event on time. The atmosphere was great and the course beautiful. I have trained for four months with some more to go before the FLM and to have some stodgy food after a hard slog was just the ticket - I don't think I could have stomached a salad roll or piece of fruit! To the organisers thank you please pass on my sincere gratitude to the Marshall's they made it extra special.
