In full: Excellent event, great weather, race measured 13.26 on my Garmin, upto 10 miles my Garmin was spot on, mile 10 - 11 was longer. Still had a PB, it would be nice to see a comment from the organisers on the distance. Will compete next year

In short: o.k. race
In full: not the best race this year,as others have mentioned the parking was awful,too many slow runners at the front,awful route running up and down and then back some more!on the plus side the weather was good this year!

In short: Nice views though the wind from the sea was decidedly biting(though 'not as bad as last year'). Worth the go and a good starter due to the overall flatness (only a few inclines).

In short: Drop in quality on last year
In full: Short course and missing marshals at turn-around. Wait for 40 minutes in car because of traffic and delay to start, course not was not cleared of non-race people out for a Sunday stroll, too much congestion in finish funnel. All easily fixed apart from traffic - some careful thought needed here. Guys please pick up your socks for next year. Please do not let this race go the same way as some other poor ones

In short: Some good, some bad
In full: Probably the last time I'll run this one. After doing 3 in a row, time for a break. Traffic-free is great, but after 3 goes I'm finding the route a bit dull now. I prefer a loop rather than out and back along the same section-passing other runners/cyclist going the other way.
The mystery of the extra 400m or so may be that 2 years ago, we didn't run behind that factory (about 3.5m), but ran all the way to the end of final cove (10m); last year we did the 'factory' bit, but only about half of that cove; this year we did both!
Anyway - thanks for the encouragement and enthusiasm from the Marshalls:-) No thanks for letting everyone line up then announcing a delay :-(

In full: My only gripe with it would be that Llanelli can't seem to cope with that many people coming into it as the race had to be delayed because, I like many others, were stuck in traffic trying to get in. Also there is no baggage storage which will be a problem for people with bulky car keys unless they have someone to give them to. All that said I'm going back for the 10k in June!!
