In short: Beautiful scenery and a good time, 2 tough hills but that's all part of the challenge. Well worth the 2.5 hour drive. Thanks

In short: My first race ever, and what a perfect day - clear, cold but sunny. Friendly atmosphere, a little delay of about 10 minutes at the start, but everything else was well organised and the finish line was there before I knew it!

In short: Largish field of 1200 with first mile run through narrow lanes. 180 turn at 8/9 mile a little cruel going uphill as others in the final run in.
