In short: challengig couple of hills made worth it by the scenery
In full: lovely run for the scenery - found the hills a challenge, but not too big a problem. Best bit was the oranges and bananas at the end - what a nice touch. And , oh yes, the radox bubble bath - thank you!!!

In short: Tough inclines offset by generous declines
In full: Start was a bit haphazard, I was only in the sub 70 mins section but could not hear the starter. Otherwise a well organised event with a good test of a course

In short: Good course. Need to sort the start procedure out and a baggage collection point would be useful.

In short: Quite quick, despite a couple of challenging hills
In full: Managed to avoid the congestion at the start, although could see it would be a problem for those further back. Otherwise, a good, friendly event. The course is deceptively quick as, despite the two quite steep uphill climbs, the downhill stretches are longer so you can build up a bit of speed. Quite nice scenery, and very helpful marshals.
