In short: Good run but not one for the beginners
In full: Nice and scenic run. Helpful and cheerful marshals. Could do with signs to the carpark (from the traffic lights would help people not from the area), signs to the start of the run and bigger signs to tell people to collect their t-shirt before the beginning of the race. Otherwise enjoyable, well organised and might be recommended to brave friends!!

In full: Very hilly but lovely marshalls and fab scenery! They need to have signs showing you were to collect your T-Shirts from as I missed out! :-(

In short: Excellent
In full: This hills were not as bad as I'd feared (but then I cheated and walked up most of them!)

Lovely scenery, and some of the loveliest people on route. Great Marashalling and very friendly drinks stations.

In short: Tough climbs but view from the top by the Roaches is well worth the climb. Good quality t-shirt and makes a change from the usual white one! Excellent organisation - thanks to all involved at SMAC!
