In short: I enjoyed the race and it was worth travelling down from Scotland for.

In short: A good pre FLM workout
In full: Very enjoyable & well organised race. Shame about the naff water bottle. I would rather pay more & receive a medal or t-shirt

In short: Beautiful course, great marshall, good organisation! Bad Orange Bottle!
In full: Really love this this race. Beautiful course and always well organised with lovely marshalls. Quality toilets too - don't think i've seen anything as posh as that at any other race.
Again, as so many people have stated, the downside was no medal.
If it's about cost then maybe they should allow the option of an entry price with or without medal. I'd gladly pay for a decent memento.
The small mantle piece trophies they gave out in the 2006 and 2007 races were great. They should get back to those.

In short: Well done
In full: The race was well marked. There were enough water points and the marshalls did a fab job. The atmosphere was great and it was away from the busy streets.

As for the infamous medal, I was just content with a waterbottle. At least you can use a waterbottle for something.

Nice one guys.

In short: Disappointed about the medal but a good run.
In full: Orange bottle was disappointing. If there is no medal because it's for charity it should be made clear that this is the case rather than stating that medals would be given to all finishers (on the website when entering and in the final instructions) which greatly increases the disappointment on the day. Otherwise it's well organised, with very friendly marshals and staff. A good run too!

In short: charity yes............cheap water bottle NO!!
In full: third time of running this and it never gets any easier but the momentos get worse - i get its for charity but this isnt a cheap race and the water is a real let down after a 20m slog - a medal or a t shirt would have been better

In short: A stern test as always. Water bottle was a let-down - appreciate its for charity but would have paid more for a medal which seemed deserved on the day. Marshalls at 17 miles were great and got me through to the end.r

In short: A hard 20-miler, great FLM warm-up
In full: Hard run, lots of ups and downs added variety, beautiful scenery, hardly any cars. Very challenging 20. Only downside was the waterbottle - no good if it hasn't got a lid you can close!

In short: Challenging Course, Good Weather
In full: Felt like a tough training run, plenty of water stations (though a sports drink at half way would have been nice)well organised but needs more toilet facilities, wanst bothered by the orange drink bottle, it is for charity after all
