In short: Oh I do like to be beside the seaside! In full: A good, fast course along the seafront. Not too many spectators, but great encouragement from the marshalls. Great PB potential. Date of review: November 30, 2005

In short: First attempt at a 10k and thought it was excellent. Beginners don't be afraid of this one! In full: Despite the slow start due to ambitious finishing times I really enjoyed this race, and it wasn't hard to make up the time after the first km. As for the toilets, I found the bushes provided more than adequate (as did many others!!). A fun race with a good atmosphere. Reccomended! Date of review: October 23, 2005

In short: A flat out and back course along closed wide roads. The start could have been a bit better organised and it was a little crowded at first but overall it was a well organised race with a good atmosphere. Date of review: October 6, 2005

In short: Well organised - be back next year. In full: 4th consecutive year i have done this with a pb each year. Even considering how crowded it was. Certainly slower runners starting too near the front. Agree about toilets they were a disgrace hopefully next year something can be done portaloos would be a good idea. In short: A good charge In full: Good course for a no holds barred charge. Possibly too many fun runners being over ambitious and starting too near the front, I seemed to be mainly overtaking for the first 3k, but overall a good run out. Good PB Date of review: October 6, 2005
