In short: Hard run but scenery made up for it!
In full: HOt and sweaty, but plenty of water laid on, well marked trail, and not too hilly. Well marshalled, and nice goody bag at the end. Will do this again next year (despite rubbish time!).

In short: Tough
In full: A really good workout in my slowest time for a 10k for years, but notice that the winning time is also a lot worse than last year. Apart from the heat, the course had been lengthened to 10.25k and the heat a undulations made it hard work!
