In full: One of the toughest races that I have run so far but extremely enjoyable none the less and it left me with a great sense of achievement at the end having made it through.

In full: Really loved this race! A really great insight into the training and dedication of our Army and loved being part of this event.
Organisation fantastic and atmosphere amazing, just watch those hills - OUCH! Nice medal (which was presented very formally with a handshake and congratulations at the end, very nice) and t-shirt too.

In short: A privilege to run amongst the armys elite
In full: Excellent organisation ( as you would expect) It was fantastic seeing a platoon in full kit running flat out in the opposite direction in the first couple of miles, the hill at 9 miles was brutal ( i believe its called the wall )you had to walk up it!! It was a good insight into the training our incredibly brave soldiers have to do and it made me feel very proud to have run on the same course as them.It was amazing to see some of the paratroopers coming in to the finish at 1 hour 20 minutes with full kit and bergen and boots on , they must be incredibly fit!!!

In short: Does exactly what it says on the tin......
In full: Entered this because i liked the idea of seeing what the P company boys have to do. Having now seen it first hand, hats off to them.....the organisation was great and the para's manning the course provided nothing but encouragement. There wasn't a bit of flat on the course, and the downhills hurt more than the ups and the 'wall' was great fun..... Yes its rough, yes it's tough but well worth it and great fun to boot.... with a bit less cloud the views would have been stunning, but I'm splitting hairs now.... Already in my diary for next year....maybe with a Bergen next time....!
