In short: Another good, worthwhile 10 in the south west. Good value. well organised.
In full: Well worth a travel for. Cheap, well organised, nice views around the countryside and shearwater. Opening 5 miles are tough being up and down with inconsistency to pace. The final 5 are mainly flat/downhill with a short pull up to the finnish - so a fast final 5.

In short: Amazing, everything I look for in a race
In full: Tough, hilly first half but scenic where at times, even amongst a good number of runners, you can feel on your own and soak it all up

In short: Well organised, lovely scenery and very friendly
In full: First time for this run, very enjoyable especially the 7th mile where you snake downhill through the forest - brilliant.

In short: Great race (again)
In full: 3rd time for me here and I'll keep coming back, the course is great, weather was perfect and the marshalls & water people were excellent. Not much support around the course, but thats only to be expected with the area covered. Really good feel to this race, lots of hand shaking at the finish etc.

Well done.

In short: Recomended
In full: Third time I've run this one. Keep forgetting about the hilly first half. Its an excellent course with a rewarding mixture of road and trail. There is a glorious trail bit in the middle which makes up for all the hills that went before. Well organised and a very fiendly and casual atmosphere. All thats right about racing !
P.S.
A T shirt might be nice though !

In short: Well organised and a nice route
In full: The noticeable differance fron previous years was the reduced number of marshals. The course was well sign posted but there were several points I thought the course would have benefitted from a marshall being present.

In short: Undulating first half but a faster second half
In full: Second time I`ve run this race nice scenic course with refreshments at the club house. The only suggestion I can make is that it could do with a baggage storage area.

In short: Easy parking, slick registration, nice cup of tea in the club house, challenging first 5m followed by pb inducing 5m down hill towards the the finish, and a nice medal. If your looking for a good 10m, look no further!

In short: First six miles are undulating with an emphasis on hills, if you get through this the rest if a breeze!
