In short: One event not to miss, can't wait for next year!
In full: I've run this event the last two years [2008, 2009] and have to say it's the one event that I can't wait for.

The atmosphere is brilliant, very friendly and vibrant, especially with Christmas in the offing. The course is superb, a mix of sand, mud, water and a dash of country lane.

It isn't the easiest 10k you'll do, but it's one you won't regret!

In short: The best multiterrain race in the known universe
In full: My fifth time in five years, no other multiterrain race I have done is anything like as "multi" - don't change anything. Good to see that the chicanery from some competitors at the top of the dune in 2008 was not repeated.

In short: Why buy a Christmas Pudding when you can Run for one ?
In full: :-)

This beautiful festive pootle over a little sand dune, a common and a sewage works never fails to please. With an estuary and streams to finish what more than a Chrstmas Pudding to finish could you desire, oh, other than more than two rolls of paper per portaloo.

:-)

In short: Top race
In full: Found this quite a toughie but lots of fun. Great start up the sand dune, I've never heard so much heavy breathing in my life as I did at the top! I'm cross I didn't have the mulled wine, at the time it didn't seem like a good idea. The stream was VERY cold at the end, I'm hoping for some heating solution next year because I'll definately be back for more :)
