In short: Laps can be depressing and there are a couple of hills, the finish can be crowded, but overall a nice race

In short: I love this race, wouldnt miss it for the world!
In full: Although this is not supposed to be a PB course, I broke my PB 3 years running here, and I also do flat marathons too. 2 lap course, which I find suits me as there are no surprises on the second lap as you already know where the hills are.

In short: Great Race but a bit chaotic near the finish line
In full: Starting and finishing on the seafront in the sunshine was great, especially for my first Half Mara, but the finish line was obstructed by milling spectators and in my case the pace car which decided to come to a halt for some reason in front of the line

In short: Two laps with one fair climb, twice !!!
In full: Its largely uphill for the first 4 miles then down for 3 then a repeat - one big'ish steady climb at 3 miles then again at 10.
