In full: Much better weather aqnd good support as usual. Like doing this race, some busy bits through the town and some scenic bits through the country, perfect.

In short: Good to see ipod wearers disqualified!
In full: Hope heartening it is to see this race taking positive steps to ban the wearing of ipods. People who wear them in races are so selfish and a risk to everyone taking part -including themselves. Well done Felixstowe RR!!
