In short: Good race. Town support good. Undulating... ouch!
In full: I had a lot of bother trying to access the website beforehand. So wasn't sure about race details until very last minute when the number arrived. Perhaps unfortunate, but I think this could have been improved.
As for the race, that was well organised, well supported (for a local 10k), and good fun.
The course is undulating, although not as bad as some I've run that described themselves that way. The tricky bit is the small sharp hill at halfway, and the uphill finish. But, hey, they can't all be pancake flat!
Despite missing a PB, I was very pleased with a respectable time and a much higher finishing position than expected.
Might well be back to this one.

In short: Safe traffic free road race
In full: I always look forward to this run because it is on traffic free roads so my thanks to the organisers, marshals and police. The parking is plentiful and the location is handy for the shops for Mrs to look around while waiting for me. Beginner friendly because of 5k option (1 lap instead of 2). Also confused at first about where the finish line was but the finish area was better this year in the car park than last year in the field. Medal was nicer than last year. This race is cheap to enter, I would happily pay more for more atmosphere to be added or chip timing.
