In short: Good flat race
In full: First race for me, so time was as good as I could of hoped for. A bit of a rush to get my self organised to get my chip and get for the start. No Chance of using the Loo unless i got their an hour before . So next year i will get their in good time. Water stops were regular and were in bottles which was easy to drink and needed because it was hot.
Good medical assistance noted passing regular. Over all A very Good race , Nice medal at end . Looking forward to next year.

In short: Great event, well organised, would do it again. Thanks.
In full: I made sure I got there in plenty of time to collect my timing chip and enjoy the atmosphere. I found the event easy to get too and park. I did have to queue to use the toilet, but I expect that. I found this to be a very well organised event and I had a great run. Thanks to all those who organised and marshalled. Was pleased with the medal. Will be back next year.

In short: Scenic and enjoyable, the only downer was the traffic and the lack of marshalls in some key points

In short: Overall a great race just a shame about the traffic!
In full: I enjoyed this race, plenty of loos, started on time, chip timed, great finishing stretch and a decent medal & goody bag. Conveniently set up with the start, finish, loos and parking within very easy reach. Several water stations, well stocked just in slightly odd places, especially the one so close to the end!

My other concern was the traffic, it was somewhat distracting trying not to get run over in places! There seemed to be a reasonable number of marshalls, but not actively doing anything! ie. not always supporting/encouraging runners and not very helpful in directing us or alerting us to traffic etc (I realise they probably don't have any powers to control the traffic).

It was a lovely setting & from what I hear very good for spectators, also helped by the weather. However some of the route was horrible - under motorway bridges etc, very variable.

It was pretty flattish, so definite potential for a decent time.

I'd definitely be back again but would hope the marshalling/traffic situation would be improved.

In short: Too much traffic pretty much all through the race. Fumes coming out of the vehicles is very annoying.
In full: No mile markers for the first 3 miles and just water stations.

In short: What a difference 12 months made
In full: Well done 2:09 after last year. Glad to report you turned it around this year on all aspects; course, organisation, marshalling. Weather forcasters got it wrong again though and we were treated to a warm one, but no reports of water running out! My 13th Tewkesbury, but hamstring injury building up to the event put paid to a decent time, but happy with a 1:49 considering. Back next year for certain, but then again it is my local one. Good recovery 2:09.
