In short: My 1st duathlon, hard going through the mud on the bike in parts but fantastic fun. Really well organised and marshalled.

In short: very good fun, excellent interval training
In full: An enjoyable evening, great training session, carcking organisation. The tom soup at the end was lovely, as was the rest of the spread. Would recomend to friends and definatley do it again

In short: Excellent race, great fun to do something a little different to the normal road races
In full: Would recomend this race as a fun event for anyone. As you can change runner/rider as often as you like so you can run and rest as needed. The atmosphere was really friendly and the free soup,rolls, biscuits and fruit at the end were great as was the special edition bottle of beer. Make this a must do on your calendar.
