In short: Been there done that, got the t-shirt
In full: This was my 3rd visit to this race and it was also the first 10k "race" I did which give it some special meaning to me.

It has a welcoming atmosphere which is illustrated by such a wide scope of abilities.

I am surprised that the organisers haven't got round to providing chips as it always takes a few minutes of shuffling just to get to the start line.

And what's going on with the goody bag? They were invisible again. But I liked the t-shirt which is a worthy replacement for a medal.

For these reasons I don't think I will be coming back again but thanks for the memories!

In short: The race start was ok, but nothing to rave about.
In full: The race start was not the best introduction - in an industrial retail park?! The race lacked atmosphere, there was no scenery! Worst of all, was trying to navigate round roundabouts with flowing traffic throughout course.

Big bonus to the marshalls they were great!!!

In short: Very enjoyable, I would do it again next year.
In full: This was my second 10k. The first one was a charity run, so this was my first 'race'. I thought it might be daunting but in the end I really enjoyed it. It's a pretty flat course and although the scenery is not amazing the atmosphere was friendly and the organisation really efficient. See you again next year!

In short: My First 10K, Can't Fault it!!!
In full: My goal was to run under the hour, as I raced day before and I scrapped in at 59:56.
Well organised, Good atmospheare, great marshalls. A little more hilly than I expected but nothing too terrifying. Definately will run again!

In short: Another well organised race
In full: This is the third time of doing and improved my time from last year by 4mins! Still a little outside of my PB my a couple of mins.
Car parking was good as usual, the start of the race was a bit of a free for all and I paid for it on route as I probably started too near to the front. Sorry for all of those who had to ran past me in the second half. I thought the changing facilities at the end were excellent and had a nice warm shower. I expect to be back next year.
p.s. marshalls on route were very good. Thanks to all of you who did this job.

In short: Well organised road race
In full: This was my first time doing this race. There was just something lacking, but i do not know. I entered the race as it is local. Organisation was very good, plenty of supportive marshalls, nice t-shirt and the facilities at the end were good. My concern is the course - It was mostly on tarmac roads and paths - not traffic free - and the roads had plenty of traffic on them! The course was lacking scenery considering the location too. Will I do it again? Was well organised and the Marshalls were top class. Well done to them.

In short: Excellent organisation - pretty hard to fault
In full: A local race for me so I could be a bit biased, but from an organisational standpoint I would say this is hard to beat. Anyone complaining about the views obviously missed the heron taking off from Horton golf club! 2nd time I've run this race and I'll be back next year. thanks 26.2 RRC!

In short: Good straightforward race.
In full: Been meaning to do this one for a few years as I live enough near to jog to/from the start - and did so can't comment on the car parking! Pretty quick one lap course although the drags just take the edge off. Juding by my fellow competitors the race like lining up for a Bushy parkrun.
